Contributor Information :Dr. Alan Haworth is Prtofessor of Psychiatry at the University of Zambia. He is President of the Zambia Medical Association, immediate past President of the Zambian REd Cross Society and Chairman of the Family Health Trust, a large AIDS NGO. He has been elected an Honorary Fellow of the royal College of Psychiatrists.
Ronald Simpson, Ph.D., is a consultant to ICAP. During the past 25 years he worked in senior management positions in the food and beverage industry. Prior to retirement Dr. Simpson was Vice President of Corporate Scientific Affairs at Joseph E. Seagram and Sons for 10 years.
